Anchorage Digital plans to launch a “Cashless” stablecoin reserve model on Solana
According to official sources cited by ChainCatcher, the federally chartered US digital asset bank Anchorage Digital plans to launch a “Cashless” stablecoin reserve model on Solana to improve liquidity, capital efficiency, and security for large-scale institutional stablecoin issuers.
This model will hold reserve assets in yield-generating, low-risk tokenized instruments on Solana, meeting redemption needs with instant liquidity and reducing the requirement for static cash buffers. Anchorage Digital will issue and manage stablecoins on behalf of institutional partners and is currently discussing potential tokenized instrument solutions with JPMorgan Asset Management to support the liquidity framework.
