Grant Cardone: Invests another 100 million USD in bitcoin for real estate transactions

Grant Cardone announced that he has added $100 million worth of Bitcoin to a real estate transaction totaling $235 million, creating an investment structure that integrates real estate and Bitcoin. He had previously expanded Cardone Capital's Bitcoin exposure to about $200 million. With this initiative, he plans to combine the stable cash flow from real estate with the potential gains of Bitcoin to attract investors—mainly newcomers to cryptocurrency—and directly compete with traditional real estate investment products.
