Glonhui May 7th｜Chip manufacturer ON Semiconductor announced earlier on Thursday the pricing of a US$1.3 billion 0% interest 5-year convertible bond private placement (CBs). The initial conversion price is US$161.30, representing a 52.5% premium over Wednesday's closing price of US$105.77. The funds raised from this issuance will be used for general purposes (including debt repayment).
