SEC Chair Paul Atkins stated that institutions are studying regulatory adjustments for on-chain markets, covering trading systems, brokers, clearing institutions, and "crypto vaults." He mentioned that a protocol could handle trade execution, collateral management, liquidity routing, and transaction settlement. (CoinDesk)
