James Reuter, the company's Chief Executive Officer, will temporarily assume the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer (COO) until the position is officially filled. This arrangement is intended to ensure continuity of operations and a stable leadership transition. During the transition period, Mr. Reuter will directly oversee key business and operational matters that previously fell under the COO’s purview.
