According to Zhihu Finance, Hong Kong-based digital marketing company MediaOn Group (MEON.US) raised the size of its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Wednesday. The company now plans to offer 5.9 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6 per share (49% of which are secondary shares), aiming to raise approximately $30 million. Previously, the company filed to offer 3.9 million shares (also with 49% secondary shares) with the same price range. Based on the midpoint of the offering price range, the total fundraising would be 51% higher than previously expected, with a market capitalization of approximately $115 million, an increase of around 5% compared to earlier terms.

MediaOn Group's business covers three major sectors: marketing campaigns, media rebates, and media placements. The company has completed over 3,000 marketing projects in total, serving clients across multiple industries such as finance, retail, and technology. Through its proprietary platforms like WeShare.hk and Sodainsight, the company receives media rebates equivalent to 5% to 30% of qualified ad spend. These platforms offer influencer marketing, social listening, and interactive digital solutions. In addition, the company has enhanced its large-scale event production capabilities for brands, PR companies, and third-party marketing agencies through joint ventures and partnerships.

Founded in 2011, MediaOn Group generated $2 million in revenue for the twelve months ended September 30, 2025. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “MEON”. Joseph Stone Capital is serving as the sole bookrunner for this offering.
