Lock.com hardware wallet launches early access version, featuring offline signing and anti-quantum architecture
ChainCatcher reported that crypto technology company Quantography Labs has announced the launch of the early access version of the crypto wallet Lock.com. This product features "Isolated Signing" and an Air-Gapped architecture, allowing offline private key management without the need for dedicated hardware wallet devices.
According to official information, Lock.com separates the signing environment from the networked broadcasting environment: private keys are always stored on a completely offline device, while transactions are created and broadcast on networked devices, thereby preventing private keys from coming into contact with the internet. The platform emphasizes that users can use their existing devices directly, without relying on third-party hardware manufacturers or supply chains. Additionally, Lock.com has integrated quantum-resistant cryptographic architecture, including ML-DSA digital signatures and ML-KEM key encapsulation mechanisms, to enhance security in future quantum computing environments.
Quantography Labs stated that the current early access phase is primarily aimed at collecting user feedback and preparing for a full public release in the future.
