Arbitrum DAO launches a vote to release 30,700 ETH to support the recovery of funds from the rsETH exploit

According to Jinse Finance, Arbitrum DAO has initiated an on-chain vote to consider a proposal for the release of frozen ETH in support of the rsETH-related fund recovery effort. The proposal requests the release of 30,765.67 ETH, previously frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council, to the coordinated recovery plan to compensate rsETH holders affected by the recent attack. If approved, these assets will be held in custody by Aave and may not be transferred, staked, or repurposed during the period.
