Amber International announces first quarter results; launches "A-Suite" native AI institutional automation platform
Odaily reported that NASDAQ-listed company Amber International Holding Limited (NASDAQ: AMBR) today announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2026 and officially launched the A-MM (Agentic Market Making) agent-based market making infrastructure platform. As the first flagship component of the A-Suite agent-native operating system, this further advances the company's transformation from a crypto finance distribution platform to a next-generation operating infrastructure provider for the AI Agent economy.
Amber stated that A-MM is designed specifically for token projects, integrating agent-orchestrated workflows, liquidity operations, execution infrastructure, and real-time risk transparency capabilities to enhance market-making efficiency, transparency, and scalability. The company expects that A-MM will start contributing revenue from the second quarter of 2026 and become one of its future growth engines.
Despite continued weakness in the crypto market during the first quarter, Amber Premium's core institutional and high-net-worth client base remained highly resilient. The company's gross profit margin reached 67.7%, platform client assets stayed at about 1 billion USD, and the average assets per active client remained stable at around 1.2 million USD.
Michael Wu, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Amber International, commented: "The launch of A-MM marks Amber's transition from the distribution layer to the agent-native operating infrastructure layer. We believe crypto finance will become a vital financial infrastructure for the AI Agent economy, and Amber is building the operating system to support this new economic paradigm."
The company also officially introduced its "Crypto for AI (C4AI)" vision and plans to hold its first C4AI Investor Day in October 2026, where it will fully showcase the Amber Agents architecture, A-Suite development roadmap, and the core operational capabilities of agent-native financial services.
