BlockBeats news, on May 30, Bloomberg Senior ETF Analyst James Seyffart revealed that Grayscale Investments has submitted the fifth amended filing (Amendment No.5) for the Hyperliquid Staking ETF to the US SEC, and the fund code remains HYPG.

The filing shows that the ETF still plans to use approximately 2 million HYPE tokens as seed assets, valued at about $130 million based on current prices. However, as of now, the filing has not disclosed key information such as the management fee rate.

James Seyffart stated that this amendment appears to be mainly minor adjustments, formatting improvements, and technical changes made in response to potential SEC feedback, with no substantial changes compared to the previous day's version. The core content previously disclosed, including the HYPE staking mechanism and seed asset arrangements, remains unchanged.
