Reporters learned from Air China and other airlines on June 2 that, starting from 0:00 on June 5, the fuel surcharge for tickets on mainland China routes will be reduced. The specific standard is: 80 yuan per segment for routes of 800 kilometers or less (inclusive), and 150 yuan per segment for routes over 800 kilometers. Infants are exempt from the fuel surcharge, and the fuel surcharge for tickets for children, revolutionary disabled servicemen, and police officers disabled on duty will be halved. According to the introduction, compared with the current fuel surcharge standard, the surcharge for routes of 800 kilometers or less (inclusive) will be reduced by 10 yuan, and the surcharge for routes over 800 kilometers will be reduced by 20 yuan.
