Institutions: UAE and Saudi stock markets rise, boosted by relief sentiment from the US-Iran agreement
Golden Ten Data, June 16 — With the reopening of the local markets following the release of the US-Iran agreement statement, the UAE stock markets rose. Milad Azar of XTB MENA stated that the easing of tensions may support the Gulf Cooperation Council markets through stronger foreign capital inflows, improved confidence, and a more supportive profit environment. The Dubai Financial Market General Index increased by 1.7%, and the Abu Dhabi benchmark index rose by 1.6%. These two UAE markets had been closed on Monday due to a public holiday. The Tadawul All Share Index in Saudi Arabia climbed 0.5%.
