```htmlGolden Ten Data June 17 — Mizuho believes that Agentic AI will transform the EDA business model. Traditionally, EDA companies charged based on tool licensing and usage, but autonomous AI agents can replace or augment the work of highly paid chip design engineers. Therefore, pricing may shift from "tool value" to "labor value". At the corporate level, Mizuho considers Cadence and Synopsys as the leading companies. Cadence is building end-to-end autonomous design processes through ChipStack and AgentStack, while Synopsys promotes a multi-agent engineering platform with AgentEngineer and extends "chip-to-system" simulation through Ansys. As both companies control key workflows, proprietary design data, and sign-off-level computing engines, Agentic AI is likely to strengthen their competitive advantages rather than weaken their positions.```
