According to Odaily, the Singaporean sovereign investment institution Temasek is continuously increasing its artificial intelligence-related investments, reaching a scale of approximately $75 billion. This has drawn market attention to the role of "low-profile sovereign capital as a key driver in the AI cycle". Unlike high-profile AI-focused venture capital and tech investors, Temasek has long adopted a more prudent, diversified, and cycle-oriented investment strategy, rarely becoming the market focus. However, in this round of the AI cycle, Temasek continues to expand its allocation in infrastructure, computing power, and the AI application ecosystem. Analysts believe that compared to high-risk, high-profile investment institutions, sovereign funds like Temasek are more likely to become the "stabilizer" of long-term funding for the AI industry, continuously providing incremental capital amid market cycles and volatility. Federal Reserve plans major reform of bank regulatory mechanisms; Vice Chair Bowman: restructure regional framework and adjust asset thresholds

Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Bowman stated that there are plans to comprehensively reform the way all U.S. banks are regulated, by consolidating the current regulatory functions of the 12 Federal Reserve district banks into five new geographic regions. Each region will have a dedicated "regional head," aiming to change the previous situation where responsibilities and powers were decentralized. The Federal Reserve will review updates later this year regarding the asset thresholds at which banks face stricter regulatory rules, potentially providing greater room for banks to expand.
