Miden co-founder: The departure of Ethereum Foundation staff is a positive sign; the newly established organization will execute the roadmap more efficiently.
Foresight News reported that Miden privacy blockchain co-founder azeem stated in a post that the continuous departure of Ethereum Foundation members is actually a positive development. He believes the Foundation has long suffered from excessive politicization, poor execution, covert leadership by Vitalik, low salaries, and undervaluation of talent, making internal reform no longer possible. Many people have tried to push for change from within, but all have failed.
Those leaving the Foundation are now forming truly Ethereum-aligned new organizations, rather than just offering vocal support. These new organizations can secure better funding and move social capital out of the Foundation, creating an “external coup” effect. In the coming months, we will see more former Ethereum Foundation teams raise funds and carry out actions according to the Ethereum roadmap, which is positive for the whole ecosystem.
