Upexi raises 19.5 million USD for debt repayment and increasing holdings in SOL

According to Globenewswire, Nasdaq-listed company Upexi has signed a securities purchase agreement to raise 19.5 million US dollars through a private placement at a price of 1.60 US dollars per share. The funds will be used to repay debt and increase its holdings of SOL reserves.
