According to informed sources, the price guidance for the 2037 bond is about 185 basis points above U.S. Treasury yields, and for the 2056 reopening bond, the guidance is about 195 basis points higher. Mexico will use the proceeds from this bond issuance to repurchase dollar bonds maturing in 2027 and 2028, as well as euro-denominated bonds maturing in 2029. Indicative pricing data compiled by Bloomberg shows that on Monday, Mexico's existing dollar bonds recorded the largest declines among emerging market peers. Notably, the 2055 bond fell by 1 cent to 106.5 cents, reaching its lowest level in more than a week.
