Alchemy Pay obtains money transmitter license in Illinois, expanding its licensed operations to 18 states in the United States
According to ChainCatcher, crypto payment company Alchemy Pay announced that it has obtained a Money Transmitter License in Illinois, USA. As a key state that includes Chicago, one of the world's major financial centers, Illinois is considered a significant market for fintech and digital asset development in the United States. With this approval, Alchemy Pay now holds a total of 18 state-level remittance licenses in the US, further strengthening its compliance operations in core US markets and supporting the development of its stablecoin payment public chain, Alchemy Chain.
