Oman Announces Temporary Shipping Route Options Through the Strait of Hormuz
On June 24, Oman announced that it has provided temporary shipping route options through the Strait of Hormuz, which will be coordinated according to the International Maritime Organization. The country cited the principle of freedom of navigation and stated that no transit fees will be charged.
