The company currently plans to issue 5 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7 per share, raising $30 million. Previously, the company had submitted a plan to issue 3 million shares at the same price range. Based on the midpoint of the adjusted issuance scale, CALM Chain International's fundraising amount will increase by 67% compared to previous expectations. The company plans to list on Nasdaq with the stock ticker "CCIL".
