Glonghui, June 25|Nokia (NOK.US) rose nearly 3% in pre-market trading to $14.21. According to reports, on June 24, President Trump publicly endorsed Nokia’s $30 million semiconductor investment plan in Pennsylvania. This plan is part of Nokia’s $4 billion US strategy, aiming to expand its semiconductor testing and packaging business in Allentown and has received $14 million in state and federal incentives. The market sees this support as an official endorsement of Nokia's transformation from a traditional mobile phone manufacturer to an AI infrastructure supplier.
