US stocks movement | Zhongchi Vehicle Solutions surges 72.8% pre-market, $5.25 million financing eases capital pressure

Gelonghui June 25|Auto parts e-commerce platform Zhongchi Chafu surged 72.8% in pre-market trading. According to reports, Zhongchi Chafu recently completed a round of financing by issuing a prepaid promissory note to an institutional investor, which will bring the company up to $5.25 million in total proceeds. Additionally, under the agreement, the investor has the right to request the company to issue an additional $2.5 million prepaid promissory note within 21 months after the transaction is completed. This financing announcement was interpreted by the market as a positive signal to ease the company's cash pressure, support its business transformation, and strategic expansion, directly boosting the stock price.
