Rocket Lab to acquire Iridium Communications for $8 billion to expand its network

Glonhui June 29｜Rocket Lab Corp. has agreed to acquire an exchange at $54 per share in a cash and stock deal, valuing the satellite communications company at approximately $8 billion. This move will combine Rocket Lab’s launch capability and satellite manufacturing business with the exchange’s low-Earth orbit satellite network.
