Private equity firm Ardian makes a corporate investment in fabless semiconductor company VSORA
Jinse Finance reported that on July 1, French private equity investment firm Ardian announced that its Ardian Semiconductor division has completed a minority equity investment in VSORA. VSORA is a fabless semiconductor company headquartered in France, dedicated to designing next-generation AI inference accelerators for data center applications. This transaction marks Ardian Semiconductor's fourth investment.
