On July 3, sources revealed that Crusoe, a leading AI infrastructure service provider in the U.S., is advancing negotiations for approximately $3 billion in financing. Upon completion of this funding round, its valuation is expected to triple from its previous estimate. The company was valued at around $10 billion in October of last year, and investors anticipate that after this new investment, its overall valuation will fall within the $30 billion range. Crusoe holds collaboration orders from major companies such as Meta, Oracle, Microsoft, and Google, providing AI computing power support for these clients.
