Mining company Genesis bids 5.6 billion Australian dollars to acquire gold miner Vault

Genesis's offer values each Vault share at 5.274 AUD, representing a 15.7% premium over Vault's last trading day's closing price. This latest bid is also nearly 6% higher than Regis's previous all-stock acquisition proposal.```
