AVAX One Technology CEO Jolie Kahn resigns, COO Pete Wylie appointed as interim CEO
Foresight News reports that, according to a US SEC filing, the CEO of a certain exchange affiliated with Bitcoin mining and AVAX treasury company, Jolie Kahn, officially resigned on July 3. The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Pete Wylie, has been appointed as interim CEO, while continuing to serve as COO. The Board of Directors has engaged the global executive search firm ZRG Partners to begin the search for a permanent successor. According to the severance agreement, Kahn will receive $160,000 in cash compensation, reimbursement of medical insurance expenses, and $250,000 in unregistered common stock. The AVAX One business covers AI and high-performance computing data center development, Bitcoin mining (currently with a hashrate of about 300 PH/s), and Avalanche treasury management.
