JPMorgan: Robotics and Autonomous Driving May Be the Next Winners in AI

On July 7, JPMorgan Asset Management Global Market Strategist Raisah Rasid stated that companies related to robotics and autonomous driving could become the next winners in artificial intelligence trading. She noted, 'The AI story is far from over, and large-scale adoption is accelerating, especially in the generative AI sector.' She added that as AI-related winners expand from mega-cap companies, profit growth (particularly in the hardware sector) has been driving returns in major markets. However, she indicated that the KOSPI index's triple-digit gains in the first half of the year are unlikely to be repeated in the second half, with growth expected to moderate as companies may struggle to maintain strong pricing power in the hardware sector.
