```htmlGolden Ten Data reported on July 7 that Francesco Pesole of ING stated in a report that the decision by the Paris Court of Appeal on whether to allow Le Pen to run for public office has significant implications for French politics but may not have much impact on the euro. The court will rule on Tuesday regarding Le Pen's attempt to overturn the ban on holding elected office due to the misappropriation of European Parliament funds. If this ban is overturned, it could strengthen her far-right National Rally party and shift expectations toward Le Pen running instead of Jordan Bardella (the National Rally chairman). However, the market has largely priced in the expectation of a victory by either Le Pen or Bardella. Regardless of who is elected, both are expected to demonstrate enough fiscal prudence, thus limiting bond volatility.```
