Institution: The supply of emerging market sovereign bonds is expected to increase in 2026
According to Golden Ten Data on July 9, Regis Chatellier from CreditSights stated in a report that the bond supply from emerging market economies may reach 300 billion USD in 2026, up from 255 billion USD in 2025. He noted that demand for emerging market assets remains strong, which may encourage countries to supply more debt. Saudi Arabia faces the largest external financing need among emerging economies, reaching 5.2 billion USD.
