eToro: Rising oil prices and inflation risks remain the key focus of market trading
According to Odaily, eToro analyst Lale Akoner stated in a report that the US-Iran war is driving up oil prices, increasing inflation risks, and could keep interest rates elevated for a prolonged period. She pointed out that this may be bad news for bonds as well as assets such as real estate, utilities, and high-priced growth stocks. "Unless there is a more severe disruption in oil supply, the market’s main focus will remain on oil prices, inflation expectations, and the investment sectors most sensitive to interest rates."
