The company is in the process of merging with an exchange, and according to previously disclosed terms of the agreement, Yarrow shareholders will own about 97% of the shares after the merger, while original VYNE shareholders will hold only about 3%. Investor presentation materials related to the merger were published on July 14, indicating the transaction is still progressing. Additionally, the company's core pipeline VYN201 (BET inhibitor) is undergoing a Phase 2b trial for non-segmental vitiligo, with preliminary data expected later this year, which may become a key catalyst for future developments.
