Canaan received a written notice from Nasdaq, granting an additional 180-day grace period until January 11, 2027, to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement. Canaan first received a Nasdaq non-compliance notice on January 14, 2026, and the initial 180-day grace period was set to expire on July 13. On July 1, Canaan transferred its listing segment from Nasdaq Global Market to Nasdaq Capital Market, and its ADS continues to be traded on Nasdaq Capital Market under the code "CAN".
