Recently, the company has discussed raising the prices of its Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machine systems with TSMC. The company also plans to increase the price of Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) lithography machine systems by 10%. It is worth mentioning that TSMC is resisting ASML's efforts to raise the price of any type of equipment. (The Information)
