According to a Cointelegraph report, CleanSpark, a Bitcoin mining company, saw its stock price rise by 22% on Tuesday. The company signed a 20-year triple net lease agreement with an investment-grade technology giant to operate a 175 MW data center in its Sandersville, Georgia campus, for AI and high-performance computing infrastructure deployment. CleanSpark estimates the contract will generate approximately $6.6 billion in revenue during the initial term. If the tenant exercises two optional five-year extensions, the total could reach $11.6 billion. The tenant will begin phased deployment of computing infrastructure starting in the fourth quarter of 2027.
