Strong fundamentals, declining inflation, and higher yields continue to support emerging market assets, even as investors face a more uncertain global environment. The market is currently focused on the possibility of further interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve, but under the existing conditions, emerging market assets are more likely to see moderate gains rather than a significant deterioration in risk sentiment.
