Zhihu Finance APP reports that Csquare, which owns and operates 64 data centers in the United States and the United Kingdom and offers hosting services, has priced its IPO at $21, below the expected range. The company plans to issue 50 million shares at $21 each, which could raise approximately $1.1 billion, with the offering price lower than the previously planned range of $23 to $27 per share.
