U.S. nuclear fuel developer Standard Nuclear (STDN.US) reduces IPO size by 58%, plans to raise $150 million

Zhihui Finance APP has learned that Standard Nuclear (STDN.US), which produces TRISO fuel for small modular reactors (SMR) across the United States, reduced the proposed scale of its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) on Wednesday. The Oak Ridge, Tennessee-based company now plans to raise $150 million by issuing 10 million shares at $15 per share. The company previously filed to offer 18.3 million shares in the price range of $18 to $21 per share. Based on the revised terms, Standard Nuclear's fundraising amount will be reduced by 58% compared to previous expectations, and its fully diluted market capitalization will reach $2.7 billion.
