Glonghui, July 17 — Elon Musk's AI company xAI has reportedly completed the acquisition of mobile power generation equipment manufacturer APR Energy. According to public regulatory filings and foreign media reports, the total transaction is estimated to be valued at over $1 billion. APR Energy’s mobile generation capacity exceeding 1GW is expected to support xAI’s future massive electricity demand for its Colossus supercomputer located in Memphis, Tennessee, USA.
