Alliance Co-founder: Neobank and stablecoin business platforms should prioritize building compliant infrastructure
Foresight News reported that Alliance co-founder Imran tweeted that under relaxed KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, and risk control, building a Neobank or stablecoin business with high trading volume and high TPV is relatively easy, allowing for rapid growth momentum. However, the real test comes when bad actors emerge, when regulators inquire, or when the system fails—whether the platform has compliant infrastructure, control measures, and legal protection to safeguard clients and survive. He recommends that platforms prioritize building compliant foundational architecture, accept slower growth, and then wait for competitors with weak controls to encounter regulatory or operational issues, thereby capturing users who leave those platforms.
