US Stock Movers | Ryanair falls another 3.5% pre-market as Q1 core metrics miss market expectations

Glonghui, July 20|Ryanair shares continued to fall 3.5% in pre-market trading. The company released its Q1 FY2027 financial report (ending June 30), with several key data points falling short of market expectations. Net profit fell sharply, with Q1 net profit after tax at 538 million euros, down 34% year-on-year (820 million euros in the same period last year), while analysts had previously expected 579 million euros. Ryanair's outlook for the traditionally peak second quarter (July-September) is also pessimistic.
