Strategy raises $263.5 million through MSTR share sales, reports no Bitcoin purchases
Strategy on Monday reported raising $263.5 million through the sale of over 2,7 million Class A shares under its at-the-market offering program during the week ended July 19, while recording no sales under any of its preferred stock ATM facilities.
During the same period, Strategy made no share repurchases and did not purchase any Bitcoin. As a result, the company’s Bitcoin holdings remain at 843,775 BTC, worth about $54.7 billion at current market prices.
Strategy also reported holding $3.2 billion in its US dollar reserve as of July 19 to support preferred stock dividends and debt obligations.

Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank, stated that a significant rise in long-term interest rates will slow economic growth and suppress the transmission of energy prices to overall inflation, exceeding the extent forecasted by the ECB in September. She also emphasized that in the absence of signs of second-round effects, the ECB should adopt "moderate response measures" to control inflation. As a result, the market’s expectation of an ECB rate hike in October has dropped to less than 40%.
