Cango completes 10-for-1 reverse stock split, new CUSIP number will be used for trading starting July 21

US-listed Bitcoin mining company Cango completed a 10-for-1 reverse stock split at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on July 20, 2026, involving issued and outstanding Class A and Class B ordinary shares. After the merger, the Class A ordinary shares will resume trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CANG with a new CUSIP number G1820C 110 starting from the opening of the US stock market on July 21, 2026. After the merger, Cango’s authorized share capital remains at 100,000 USD, divided into 100 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each, consisting of 92.067428 million Class A ordinary shares and 7.932572 million Class B ordinary shares.
