Tech stocks rebound weakly, European stock indices decline

Golden Ten Data July 22|European stock markets opened lower, with the rebound in technology stocks losing momentum. The Europe Stoxx 600 Index fell by 0.3%. The UK FTSE 100 Index dropped by 0.1%, reflecting weakness in consumer-related stocks. The France CAC40 Index declined by 0.1%, led by lower share prices in luxury goods companies dominating the index, with industry leader LVMH Group sliding by 1.1%. Airbus shares rose by 5.1%, lifting the entire sector after the company projected a potential increase in profits, which also provided support to the Germany DAX Index, which edged down by 0.1%. AI-related stocks dragged the Netherlands AEX Index down by 0.8%, with ASML shares dropping by 2.25%.
