World: World ID network has surpassed 390 million users worldwide and plans to launch a new version of the World ID app.
ChainCatcher news, World has announced that its project has entered the third year and Phase 3 stage. The focus will be on further advancing "proof of human" with World ID in more scenarios, such as real-name participation in Zoom meetings, preventing bots in Tinder match-ups, and ticket scalping at concerts. Currently, the World ID network covers more than 39 million users worldwide.
World stated that in the next phase, proof of human will be expanded to consumer platforms, enterprise customer identity verification, and binding AI agents to human identity. The launch of a new version of the World ID app is planned, with new developments to be released this autumn.
