According to Odaily, South Korean trading company POSCO International and LG CNS have launched a pilot program to deploy real-time trade receivables onto the Injective blockchain, aiming to accelerate payment processes between their global subsidiaries.
Both parties will place receivables on a shared blockchain ledger to form a single, transferable record, embedding compliance rules to reduce reconciliation times among buyers, sellers, and banks.
POSCO plans to advance the project into actual production after the pilot. The initiative covers blockchain application scenarios such as trade finance, stablecoin-based fund transfers, and asset tokenization.
