BlockBeats News, July 29th. On Wednesday, Korean retail investors were forcefully liquidated of their positions, totaling approximately 17 trillion Korean won (about $12 billion). The Korean KOSPI index plummeted over 12%, with SK Hynix plunging over 17%, marking the largest single-day drop.


“We saw a lot of forced liquidation today,” said Jung In Yun, CEO of Fibonacci Asset Management. “We need to wait for the selling pressure from retail investors to subside before taking action.”
