South Korea approves four ICT services for regulatory sandbox, including Samsung Electronics' AI voice scam detection

According to Yonhap News Agency, the Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea has approved four services for regulatory sandbox exemptions, including a mobile voice scam detection service jointly applied for by Samsung Electronics and the National Forensic Service. This service integrates an AI-based voice scam detection model into a mobile app, enabling real-time alerts to users about suspected scam calls.
