Data: Over 500,000 leveraged retail investor accounts in South Korea may have been fully liquidated
ChainCatcher news, The Kobeissi Letter posted on X stating that, according to Goldman Sachs data, more than 1.2 million leveraged retail trading accounts in South Korea have triggered margin call notices. It is estimated that between 320,000 and 360,000 accounts have been fully liquidated, accounting for about 3.4% of the adult population in South Korea.
