- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed 33% to USD 128 million; adjusted diluted EPS rose 52% to USD 0.35.
- Bookings grew to USD 1.1 billion, lifting funded backlog 17% year-over-year to a record USD 5.1 billion.
- DRS raised 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to USD 525 million-USD 540 million, lifting adjusted diluted EPS to USD 1.34-USD 1.39; announced a USD 450 million Raft acquisition.
